The Government of the Republic of Srpska accepted today during its 150th session the Request of the municipality of Vukosavlje for participation in financing of the purchase of the mini-van for transportation of school children and workers in this municipality.
Vukosavlje municipality had been facing problems with regard to transportation of school children and workers since there are no regular bus lines on the territory of the municipality so the municipality decided to buy a mini-van for this purpose.
The Government tasked the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance to provide the funds for the share in procurement of the mini-van for transportation of school children and workers of the municipality of Vukosavlje in the amount of BAM 11,750.00 what represents 50% of the total sum needed for the procurement of the mini-van.
The Government of the Republic of Srpska issued an approval on the purchase of the apartment in Istocna Ilidza at the price of BAM 59,052.00 for the family of the fallen soldier.
The Government approved financing for the project "Reconstruction of the Bridge of King Alexander I Karadjordjevic over the Drina River between Zvornik-Mali Zvornik" from the donation funds of the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The estimated value of the Project on the basis of the Design submitted by the city of Zvornik is BAM 1,391,693.50 out of which the Government of Serbia would donate 1,170,000.00 BAM and the remaining funds of the total amount would be provided by the City of Zvornik.
The Government authorized the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Srpska to sign the subsidiary agreement between the Government and the City of Zvornik on financing the Project with the donation funds in accordance with the mechanism of cooperation of the Agreement on Special Parallel Relations between Serbia and the Republic of Srpska.
The Government passed a Decision on approving the funding for the project of construction of the kindergarten in Brcko District from the donation funds of the Government of Serbia.
The value of the Project according to the design submitted by the Brcko District is BAM 982,915.00 out of which the Government of Serbia would donate BAM 977,915.00 and Brcko District would provide the remaining funds.
The Government authorized the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Srpska to sign the subsidiary agreement between the Government of the Republic of Srpska and Brcko District on financing the Project referred above with the funds from the donation of the Government of Serbia pursuant to the Agreement on Special and Parallel Relations between Serbia and the Republic of Srpska.
The Government has been acquainted with the Information Note on the activities of the working groups for European integration in the domain of technical finalization of the answers to the European Commission Questionnaire and adopted it. The Government has agreed to the final answers to the EC Questionnaire provided by eight working groups and has agreed that those answers should be sent to translation and requests that the drafts of the translated answers should be submitted to the Government for verification prior to their sending to the European Commission.
The Ministry of Economic Relations and Regional Cooperation of the Republic of Srpska has been tasked to notify the Office of the BiH CoM Chairman and the Directorate for European Integration of BiH about this Government Conclusion.
The Government approved the Proposal of the Law on Chemicals. This Law regulates classification, labelling and packaging of chemicals; security-technical paper; performing work with chemicals; integral inventory of chemicals; restrictions and bans of chemicals; conditions for export and import of chemicals; placing detergent on the market; integrated chemicals management; supervision and other matters relevant for safe management of chemicals in Republic of Srpska. The aim of the Law on Chemicals is to protect the health of people and the environment from hazardous impact of chemicals.
The Government of the Republic of Srpska accepted the Information Note on possible cooperation with the People's Republic of China through the programs intended to improve and develop the health care and hospital system in Republic of Srpska.
The Government of Republic of Srpska supports launching the initiative for finding favorable financial arrangements in People's Republic of China for the purpose of preparation and implementation of projects of modernization of hospitals in Republic of Srpska that would require loans of around 70 million US dollars.
The Project of modernization of hospitals in Republic of Srpska includes: construction and equipping of the new hospital in Doboj, equipping hospitals in Prijedor, Gradiska, Bijeljina, Zvornik, Trebinje, Nevesinje, East Sarajevo, Foca, Mljecanica, Sokolac with priority medical equipment and also equipping the Research Center of the Faculty of Medicine in Banja Luka and for education of medical workers in new technologies and new medical services.
The Government adopted the Information Note on digitalization of the court archives as the integral part of the Business Registration Project in Republic of Srpska electronically (on-line).
The funds needed for implementation of this project are almost totally provided through donations. However, the position of the Project Team is that it was most important to secure the accuracy of data throughout the process of digitalization which would require internal control from the staff of District Commercial Courts and the Ministry of Justice. The assessment is that this process would last for six months, it would require engagement of 6 workers and BAM 40,000.00 for this purpose.
The Government tasked the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice to ensure that the funds are provided for engagement of the controllers of the process of digitalization of the court archive in district commercial courts in Republic of Srpska.
The Government adopted the Information Note of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports on on the implementation of the project ''Summer School of Sports 2017'' which is organized by the Ministry of the past sixteen years.
The Summer School of Sports is the sport camp for the most prospective sportsmen of the Republic of Srpska and this year it had been organized in ten shifts from 18 June to 27 August 2017 in Trebinje and eight other cities across the Republic of Srpska for 1500 young sportsmen.
Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports financed a seven day accommodation for 770 young prospective sportsmen, 730 from the Republic of Srpska and 40 from Serbia and for that purpose spent BAM 188,969.95.
The Government considered and adopted the Information Note on the market of securities and business activities of the Securities Commission of Republic of Srpska in the first six months in 2017.
The Government adopted the six month Report on the situation in the banking system of the Republic of Srpska and the Business Activity Report with Financial Reports of the RS Banking Agency in the first six months in 2017.
The Government adopted the Report on the situation in the insurance sector in Republic of Srpska in the first six months of this year and the Report on the work of Insurance Agency of the Republic of Srpska and its financial reports for the same period of time.
The Government accepted the Request of the Banja Dvorovi Health Spa Center in Bijeljina to postpone the procedure of forceful collection of unpaid tax obligations and made recommendation to the Tax Administration to delay collection od due tax duties until 31 December 2018.
