crime in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Seized Property Management of the Republic of Srpska, Judicial and
Prosecutorial Training Centre of the Republic of Srpska, as well as
representatives of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Srpska and Republic
Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Srpska.
of today’s mission spoke with the representatives of the institutions of the
Republic of Srpska about the legislative and institutional framework and
capacities available for the implementation of regulations in the fields of
fight against organised crime, corruption, money laundering, terrorism and
financial crime in the Republic of Srpska and BiH.
The expert evaluation mission is one of the mechanisms
used after country’s submitting of the official EU membership application, to
collect information and prepare reports on the evaluation of the current state in
specific fields and their alignment with EU requirements. The information and
documents collected by the mission and supporting discussions with competent
institutions, public institutions and companies, trade unions, associations etc.,
serve to the European Commission to define the final opinion about the
submitted country application for EU membership (Аvis).
to the representatives of the European Commission and EU Delegation to BiH, the
mission also included experts from Belgium and Slovenia.
