A representative of the Ministry of European Integration and International Cooperation is taking part in the Regional Conference on 24 and 25 October 2019 in Brussels. The conference is being organized within the Multi-Country IPA II Programme.
The conference is a continuation of work on the process of defining the Multi-Country IPA II Action Document Package for 2020, started in Tirana in June 2019. This event will include drafting action documents within the Multi-Country IPA II package for 2020, and presenting the method of programming and implementing the programme in the new Financial Perspective 2021-2027.
Representatives of the European Commission, the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and representatives of the IPA II beneficiary countries are taking part in the Conference.
The Multi-Country IPA II is part of the IPA II financial instrument by which the European Union supports regional priorities of the candidate and potential candidate countries for EU membership, and the activities complement and add value to the programmes planned under the national IPA II programmes.
