The call for project proposals on Support for literary translation projects is open within the EU Programme Creative Europe 2014-2020, Culture sub-programme. The deadline to submit project proposals is 05 May 2020.
The programme aims to:
- Support cultural and linguistic diversity in the EU and countries participating in the Culture Sub- programme;
- Strengthen the transnational circulation and diversity of European literary works in the long term;
- Improve access to European literary works in Europe and beyond and reach new audiences.
Eligible applicants must be publishers or publishing houses or organisations who have had a legal personality and who have been active in the publishing sector for at least 2 years on the date of the deadline for submission of applications.
The total budget for the call is about EUR 2 000 000.
