Delegation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republika Srpska attended, on 8-10 October, the IOTA and OECD Fifth Regional Meeting on BEPS in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Among more than 70 delegates from ministries of finance and tax administration of 14 Eurasian countries, as well as international and regional organizations, business, and civil society, the delegation of the Republika Srpska discussed the latest developments in the Inclusive Framework, and exchange their experiences and challenges in implementing the BEPS measures.
In the focus of discussion were the four BEPS minimum standards and the tax work related to the digitalization of the economy, capacity building initiatives of the international and regional organizations in supporting BEPS implementation efforts, and the signing and ratifying the Multilateral Instrument (MLI).
The regional meeting hosted by the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in the joint organization of Development Division of the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration at the OECD, and the IOTA Secretariat.
