In accordance with Article 10 of the Provision on requirements, issue procedure and elements of treasury bill primary market ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska", number: 25/11) and Decision on short-term debenture of the Republic of Srpska by the issue of treasury bills ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska", number: 37/11), the Republic of Srpska Ministry of Finance hereby announce the following:

PUBLIC CALL

for participation at an auction of

the Republic of Srpska treasury bills

1. All interested natural and legal entities are kindly invited to participate at the auction of

the Republic of Srpska treasury bills.

2. Pursuant to the Republic of Srpska Decision on treasury bill issue number: 06.01/020-

1961/11 as of 01 December 2011 and the Central Registry of Securities notification about local mark and ISIN number, basic elements of the issue are defined as follows:

· Issuer: Republic of Srpska;

· Description of issue: fourth issue of treasury bills;

· Scheduled issue value: 21.000.000,00 BAM,

· Treasury bill nominal value: 10.000,00 BAM,

· Mark of treasury bill: RS11-T04;

· ISIN number: BA10RS11T047;

· Date of auction: 15 December 2011

· Deadline of maturity: six months

· Date of maturity: 15 June 2012

· Date of payment: 15 June 2012

· Currency: convertible mark.
