The Government of the Republic of Srpska is the highest institution of executive government in the Republic of Srpska. Its jurisdiction, range of activities, organization, working methodology and decision making are regulated in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Srpska and applicable legislation of the Republic of Srpska.
The Government of the Republic of Srpska consists of the Prime Minister and 16 Ministers.
Ministers in the Government of the Republic of Srpska are appointed by the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska which is the highest legislative authority in the Republic of Srpska.
The Government is liable to the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska for performing the duties and responsibilities under the Constitution and legislation of the Republic of Srpska.
