The Young European Ambassadors (YEA) platform is a creative network for young leaders from across the Western Balkans and the European Union (EU). The purpose of this platform is to exchange knowledge, experiences and ideas, to develop talents among young ambassadors and to promote the opportunities offered by the EU.
The selected young ambassadors will be able to connect through activism, creativity, arts, environmental protection, sports and sharing common values. They will also pursue their talents and develop their skills by acquiring new knowledge, and thus be able to inspire and influence change within their communities.
The call remains open until 15 July 2020. To apply for this call, potential candidates must:
- be between 18-29 years old,
- be a resident of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia or Serbia,
- be an enthusiast of one or several of the following areas: arts, design, film, photography, music, youth activism, environmental protection and sport,
- have a good level of English.
Advantage will be given to candidates who have not yet had the opportunity to participate in EU projects or travel to the EU for education. Also, advantage is given to candidates with basic knowledge and great enthusiasm regarding online and social networks activism, and willing to communicate with diverse target groups.
