The fifth donor evening was held in Banja Luka within the humanitarian activity "To the brave hearts with love" under the high-level auspices of the President of Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the funds raised are intended for construction of the "Parents' House" for children suffering from malignant disease.
On this occasion, the Minister of Physical Planning, Civil Engineering and Ecology, Srebrenka Golić, said that she was proud of the fact that the Ministry of Physical Planning, Civil Engineering and Ecology actively contributed to this humane activity:
“I wish to inform the public that experts from the Public Institution “Novi urbanistički zavod Banja Luka (“New Urban Planning Institute Banja Luka”), which is under the authority of the Ministry, shall produce conceptual design, main design and provide urban planning and technical conditions for the Parents’ House completely free of charge. As a matter of fact, the service from the New Urban Planning Institute Banja Luka includes the following: provision of urban planning and technical conditions, obtaining the necessary approvals, producing the conceptual and main designs, and all the necessary paperwork can be produced within 60 days. Representatives of the Association „Iskra“, as the manager of the project for construction of this facility, have already contacted the management of the “New Urban Planning Institute Banja Luka” and the value of the donation is 13,376.70 BAM.
In addition, the Republic Directorate for Restoration and Construction, which is an administrative organisation within the Ministry, is prepared to provide expert – technical supervision free of charge, as well as other services within their scope of authority.
I am using this opportunity to invite all the entrepreneurs, institutions and all the citizens of Republic of Srpska to get involved in this humanitarian work and may we jointly make the childhood of the little ones more beautiful and not allow for the disease to deny them all the joys of growing up.”      ​
