Minister of Finance of the Republika Srpska, Zora Vidović, stated that the Budget of the Republic of Srpska is stable. Budget is precisely planned, with all obligations regularly is settled and the dynamics of spending of funds are constantly monitored, she said.

In the interview to the Alternativna TV, Minister Vidović stated that the economy is main topic and added that is the reason that the Government is working on conditions for the prosperitiy, especially in field of investments, helping the companies and people.

Speaking about Government`s measures, Minister stressed that everything was done to amortize inflation, so the Republika Srpska is currently financially stable. She pointed out that last year there was a high growth of the GDP, which was 4%, and concluded that the positive trends in the Republic of Srpska will continue.

According to Minister Vidović, the priority is the payment of salaries, pensions, veterans' allowances, social benefits and debt repayment, followed by payments to suppliers.

She also stated that Republika Srpska is liquid and do not have a lot of debt, adding that the Public debt is 38% of the GDP. The maximum indebtedness of the Republika Srpska in terms of public debt is 55% of the GDP. This means, she pointed out, that Republika Srpska is not even close to the limit of maximum indebtedness.
