The Minister of European Integration and International Cooperation of the Republic of Srpska, Zlatan Klokić, met today with representatives of the US-based company CyberNet Communications.
This is a telecommunications provider and IT consulting firm that has been operating on the American market for more than 30 years.
The meeting discussed the company's intention to expand its business in the region, including plans to establish in the Republic of Srpska. Minister Klokić presented the Republic of Srpska's favorable investment conditions to CyberNet representatives, focusing on its stimulating tax policy. The interlocutors expressed interest in continuing the discussion and concretizing cooperation in the coming period.
The US-based CyberNet is investing heavily in building international teams. One has been established in Belgrade, where they hired experts in the fields of operations, engineering, dispatching, technical support and marketing.
The meeting was organized with the mediation of the Republic of Srpska Representative Office in Austria, and attended also by representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship and the Information and Communication Technologies Agency of the Republic of Srpska.
