Republika Srpska successfully completed the First bond issue in the International financial market in the total amount of EUR 168 million at a balanced interest rate of 4.75% annually. The Primary Emitter's book is closed today with the above amount. Listing of bonds will be on the Vienna Stock Exchange, and the issue is made in accordance with the law of the Republic of Austria, while the payment of funds will be made on June 28, 2018. year.

The Ministry of Finance expresses satisfaction with the fact that the planned issue was successfully executed, and that in this way The Republika Srpska has positioned itself as a relevant entity on the International financial market for the first time.

Also, it is important to note that the realized interest rate is a very positive indicator, given that all the countries in the environment, at their first issue on the international financial market, have an interest rate of over 8%, and that the first appearance on the International financial market is the most expensive the issuer in terms of returns expected by investors.

By successfully executing this program, the Government of the Republika Srpska secured diversification of sources of financing, reduced the risk of financing uncertainty, and enabled better planning and execution of budgetary inflows, thus enabling total security of execution of all budget expenditures.
